Creamy Cucumber Soup Recipe

Ingredients:
2 lbs. unclothed cucumbers, chopped
Salt
and flavoring to taste
1/2 c.
hot water
1 med.
onion, chopped
1 clove
of garlic, cut (optional)
1 green
pepper, cut (optional)
1 tbsp.
butter or margarine
2 c.
light cream
2 tbsp.
chopped parsley
Directions:
Combine the cucumbers, salt, pepper, water, onion, flavoring and naif flavoring in a saucepan and prepare until vegetables are tender. Remove from modify and cool. Place in mixer container and blend. Place backwards in the saucepan and add butter and cream. Heat through, then wet with parsley. May be served cold. 6 servings.
