Connie’s Crab Concoction Recipe

Ingredients:
LAYER 1:
12 oz.
cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp.
Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp.
lemon juice
2 tbsp.
Miracle Whip
1 sm.
grated onion
Dash of
garlic salt
Blend and spread on shallow plate.LAYER 2:
1/2
bottle chili sauce
LAYER

1 (6
1/2 oz.) drained minced crabmeat
can
LAYER

Directions:
Sprinkle top generously with chopped dried parsley. Cover and let stand refrigerated overnight. Serve with crackers.

7 Layer Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
1 head lettuce, cut up
1 c.
celery, chopped
1 c.
green pepper, chopped
1 med.
onion, chopped
1 (10
oz.) box frozen peas, uncooked
1 1/2
c. Miracle Whip
3 tbsp.
sour cream
3 tbsp.
sugar
4 oz.
grated cheese

Directions:
Layer first 5 ingredients in a 13 x 9 dish. Mix all others and spread over peas. Top with cheese. Cover with Saran Wrap. Refrigerate overnight.

Layer Salad Recipe

Broccoli Salad Recipe

 Broccoli Salad Recipe Ingredients:
1 c. raisins
1 bunch
broccoli, chopped using both
sm. stems & flowerettes
1 red
sweet onion, cut up or sliced
thin
1 c.
celery, chopped
8 oz.
bacon fried crisp & crumbled
1 c.
Miracle Whip (light) or any
salad dressing
2 tbsp.
vinegar
2 tbsp.
sugar
1/2 c.
almonds, sliced (optional)

Directions:
Cover raisins with boiling water and let set for 30 minutes, drain and let dry. In large bowl, combine raisins, broccoli, onion, celery, bacon and almonds. In separate bowl, combine salad dressing, sugar and vinegar; pour over broccoli mixture. Mix well and chill for several hours or overnight. Note: May use any prepared salad dressing. Serves 8.
