Happy New Year!!!!
Finally as promised here is my wedding cake!
I thought it would be great to start off the new year with my Wedding Cake.
My wedding cake project was the most memorable moment of 2010:)
I hope you are inspired by this cake to continue doing what you are doing whether it be baking for your friends, decorating for fun or aspiring to be a professional cake decorator. I started off with a simple shell border and cabbage looking buttercream roses at Wilton Decorating School 6 years ago. I never thought in a million years then that I would be able to make my own wedding cake.
The secret to making your dream cake is simple…..Dream Big, Decorate with Passion, Love every cake you make even if it doesn’t turn out the way you want.
Perfection is over rated and at the end of the day, your love for decorating will speak through all your cakes and people will be “WOWED” by your passion and not by how “perfect” your cake looks:)
Here’s a photo with my cake at 2am in the morning when I fully completed the cake.
It was the best feeling ever!!!

Hi hi everyone,
I’m still here:) I know I”ve haven’t been blog/facebook present, but its for a very very good reason. I PROMISE!!!! You will fall off your seat when I show you the video and photos. We’re not totally finished with the surprise project video/photos but I PROMISE YOU, you will LUUUUUUUUUUUV it more than anything you’ve seen in Deelite…Well, maybe I”m pushing it, I’ll allow you to be the judge for yourself. But I will say this, it is my favourite cake I”ve ever done with Deelite:)

She has an amazing blog filled with Passion, Pink and everything nice and sweet.
She came across our Deelite How to Cake Pop video and fell in love with it.
It made my day that the video helped her out with her pops.
Her Pops look gorgeous!!! Not only do her pops look fabulous, so do her cupcakes, cakes and everything else.
It makes my day to know that our video makes decorating so much easier.
Lets face it, we all want to spend our time decorating and not stressing:)
The holiday season is right around the corner and
I know cake pops make a perfect treat, crowd pleaser, holiday party favors, smile makers:)
